Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship nationwide from a US warehouse. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch (1–3 with Express). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product information & safe use

The HydraSmile™ Cordless Water Flosser is an oral hygiene device and is not a substitute for professional dental care, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Start on the Soft mode if your gums are sensitive, and speak to your dentist before use if you have gum disease, recent oral surgery or dental implants. Product photography is illustrative; packaging and gift contents may vary slightly.
