If the flosser isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price in USD. Used units are fine — you have to actually use it to judge it, and you don't need to return the free gifts.

How to start a return

• We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Shipping costs

Orders ship free across the USA in 3–5 business days. Return postage may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
